Spoke to Mike over the phone who was incredibly courteous, both on the phone and in person. Since I only had that day off they were able to squeeze me into their schedule same day to do the specific repair I needed, which I definitely wasn't expecting. They gave me an initial quote, but after the service they informed me the labor wasn't as intensive as they had anticipated, leading them to subsequently DROP the price tag by $45. tl;dr: Super honest, immensely courteous, fast repair.
