I had 2005 g35 coupe that i have and i had a knocking noise on my engine and i went to this place Alvins Auto Center and ask them for my car to get it fix. I spoke to Anthony which is the manager such a nice guy tell everything whats up with my car so he gave me an estimate for the car and i know its gonna be expensive because its a engine problem so i ask him if its ok to fix it when i have money to pay for the repair and his ok with so he didnt charge me for anything for the car he just told me just come back whenever im ready to repair the car so it was coo.. So thanks for Anthony for being nice.

Hi, I Had issues with my Nissan Quest . Some Engin Need service was glowing. Initially Alvin auto said that they will be charging to run diagnostic service on engine. I left the Quest there. At end of the day they called and said its all fixed. I went there and to my surprise they did not charge any thing. They said its spark plug which was loose after making it tight it all worked and looks good. I would strongly recommend this shop to any one and every one. Such a honesty you cannot find in many places.

After my previous mechanic passed away (Rest in Peace), I was thrilled to find Alvin's. Father and Son are truly nice people. Took care of our Lexus RX well with good pricing, including a difficult to diagnose Check Engine light issue.

Alvin's Auto Center -- Willow Glen is my worry-free stop for my cars' maintenance and problems, period. My family has been using their service for several years now. Not once they failed my expectation for great customer services and solving problems, and their charges are always reasonable. Yes they are a busy shop, occasionally I need to wait for a couple of days for maintenance job. But for the urgent issues, they always try to fix it ASAP.

Just got back from being here and i am always pleased to go here. I recently just bought a car and wanted to get it checked out by them and they were very helpful with telling me how my car was. The people here are always so friendly and makes you want to feel as comfortable as possible and help you find parts for you car when you need them. I can't wait to come back for my 60K service! My mother has been going to this shop for many years and has always talked about how great this place is. I would have to agree with her. I've been going to Alvin's ever since I got my Toyota corolla in 2010. This is the only place I found was good at it's service for their price.
