Hi, I Had issues with my Nissan Quest . Some Engin Need service was glowing. Initially Alvin auto said that they will be charging to run diagnostic service on engine. I left the Quest there. At end of the day they called and said its all fixed. I went there and to my surprise they did not charge any thing. They said its spark plug which was loose after making it tight it all worked and looks good. I would strongly recommend this shop to any one and every one. Such a honesty you cannot find in many places.

After my previous mechanic passed away (Rest in Peace), I was thrilled to find Alvin's. Father and Son are truly nice people. Took care of our Lexus RX well with good pricing, including a difficult to diagnose Check Engine light issue.

Alvin's Auto Center -- Willow Glen is my worry-free stop for my cars' maintenance and problems, period. My family has been using their service for several years now. Not once they failed my expectation for great customer services and solving problems, and their charges are always reasonable. Yes they are a busy shop, occasionally I need to wait for a couple of days for maintenance job. But for the urgent issues, they always try to fix it ASAP.

Best auto shop hands down! Came in for AC auto service. Very fast service got done within 4 hours. Will go here nextime

Just got back from being here and i am always pleased to go here. I recently just bought a car and wanted to get it checked out by them and they were very helpful with telling me how my car was. The people here are always so friendly and makes you want to feel as comfortable as possible and help you find parts for you car when you need them. I can't wait to come back for my 60K service! My mother has been going to this shop for many years and has always talked about how great this place is. I would have to agree with her. I've been going to Alvin's ever since I got my Toyota corolla in 2010. This is the only place I found was good at it's service for their price. Gotta say, I love these guys. Read all the Yelpers reviews, and took a shot at it when I was having a problem. Took my 2004 Toyota Tacoma SR5 PreRunner to them with a smog issue. They even hooked me up with guys across the street for a smog with my truck. They changed the oil and sent me away with a smile, and with an estimate for my "wish list" items...these are things that will need attention for my truck, to get her hummin'in perfect condition again. Didnt try to talk me into a bunch of other things or convince me this or that was gonna happen if I didn't do something "right now". Tony was awesome, and I will def take my Silver TRD back.

Alvin's Auto Center -- Willow Glen is such a gem! I've serviced my 1997 Toyota Corolla at Alvin's since January 2013. I changed the brakes, the timing belt and did regular maintenance. Service has always been very professional and well done. One extra plus I love is that there are always detailed comments on what was done on the car on the invoice. This is something very useful when you go back and look for your car history. Pricing is really reasonable and they never pushed me to perform unnecessary service or change pieces before it is required. Tony and his team has earned my profound trust and even if I had to move house, it would be hard for me to bring my car to a different garage... Needless to say that I would highly recommend this place.
