Ran into some issues while reinstalling some suspension components so I decided to call up this shop. Anthony, who I think is Alvin's son, picked up and actually initially gave me some advice over the phone. I was burnt out and just wanted it fixed so I brought it in. They then informed me that I had flipped the part! They were nice enough to just charge the originally quoted price, which was really nice of them. Everyone I encountered there was really nice and honest. They do great work and their price is awesome. It is tricky guessing the amount of work that needs to be done on cars, especially if they're older. Never know what kind of headaches you would find.

Honest!!

I've gone to Alvin's twice for an oil change. During my first visit, they let me know that my rear tires needed to be replaced ASAP (which wasn't something that they could do). I've gotten my oil changed at other places before, and no one mentioned anything about them. They even took the time to show me the tires and explain how they knew and how often I should be getting them replaced. I appreciated the extra step they took to make sure that I felt comfortable and knowledgeable about my tires. During my recent second visit, they immediately checked in with me to make sure that I got the tires replaced. Additionally, I appreciated how they were extremely informative and patient when they were trying to explain how my car was sensitive to carbon build-up and things I should avoid to prevent any problems despite how busy they looked. They even finished within the estimated hour time frame even though I was 5-10 minutes late! Overall, their friendliness, care, and patience stood out to me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I want to give another shoutout to Alvin's for their great service to all my car repair needs. Recently I had a tire puncture on a Sunday. Went to big tire places and they won't even try to fix it. Went to Alvin's on Monday and they got it taken care of quickly. I've always had great experience with Tony and Mike. Keep up the good work guys! I went to Alvin's to replace a drive belt/tensioner this week, Service was excellent and price was reasonable. I can see why their review scores were so high. Will be using them for future services. They do a good quality repair! With Integrity and reasonable pricing based on the components problem! My two friends cars got their car repaired done in this shop...and said Their happy and a satisfied customer!

My air conditioning went dead so I went to Alvin's because my families who live nearby recommended this place to me. I took my car here and Mike was the one who helped me. He suggested me going back to dealer since my car was still covered under warranty and warranty was very close to expired. I myself didn't even know that. I took my car back to dealer and got my car fixed. Mike was very friendly and helpful the whole time, didn't push or try to sell anything. He could have taken my car and did the business with me and had me spend a bunch. But he didn't. I will go back to him for more service and business in the future for sure.
