Hi, I have visited Alvin's Auto Center in San Jose with my 2017 Camaro ZL1 for several maintenance services and special requests: * Oil service * Coolant service * Brake fluid service * Install skip shift defeat device * Install 1 click convertible up/down device * Install upgraded phone charging pad Tony (the manager) is a car fan himself, drives a 1986 Porsche SC, and is always willing to take on my special requests for installing items from 3rd parties. The whole team at Alvin's is quick, responsible, and provides excellent service at a fair and reasonable price. They have my highest recommendation after 2 years of experience.

Needed a steering wheel with airbags installed to replace aftermarket steering wheel, I provided the parts ( take off from vehicle) They scheduled me in, in the afternoon, even though I took couple of hours to decide what I wanted y to do. They got it into the shop, did a safety inspection and had it done in less than 3 hours . They were courteous and responsive. I had never used them before and had never even talked to them yet they provided outstanding service.

They're like having big brothers close by to take care of things.

Im so happy with the service I received. The communication was amazing and professional. Antony was helpful and answered all my questions. Alvin was the nicest person and was honest about the repairs my car needed. Definitely found a new shop!!
