This is my second time doing business with Alvins. I was experiencing heating problems on my 2013 Lexus LS460. Michael was my service technician and I could have been more pleased with his endeavors to troubleshoot the problem. This shop has always earned my trust with its integrity to serve their customers

After moving here from Marin County I was looking for a place to service my 2016 Toyota Prius. Alvins had good reviews and I was not disappointed. The manager Michael was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. This place seems very honest and will be our new service center for our cars.

As a retired DIY mechanic I have been searching for a shop to take care of those non-trivial repairs I might have done in the past. I've found a good one in Alvin's Auto Center. My 22-year-old Ford developed a noisy wheel bearing that needed replacing. Mike and Tony at Alvin's worked up and sent me a detailed estimate within minutes, including options on the work/inspections. Their prices (OEM parts) were fair, and they were honest about scheduling. Delays with parts delivery meant the car was in the shop for two days (not a problem). Overall, I am very happy with the experience and the outcome. And once again radio & conversation are possible!
