I have been bringing in my vehicles to Alvin‘s auto care for years now. Alvin and his son Tony are absolutely amazing. They have always taken care of me on multiple occasions. They’re friendly and they’re honest. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to getting your car repair tuneup or work on. They have two locations, one in Milpitas and the second one off of Lincoln on Willow Glen.

My car was miss firing and then check engine light went on. I needed to find where I can take my car in. I did a search on yelp and came across Alvin's auto care and it was just down the street from me too! I was very stressed out! So, I called and spoke to Anthony, he was very kind spoken, told him my concerns and I was able to take my car in that same day Monday January 3, 2022. He and his associates checked what was going on with my car the same day. I approved the necessary work to be done and they had my car done by Wednesday evening. It is hard to find auto shops that are honest, especially now a days and Alvin's auto care are those guys. They did a great job fixing my car. In addition I like how they diagnosed my car and sent the information either text or email along with pictures of the issues. It is the first time I've seen an auto shop that does that. It gave me confidence and a piece of mind that they are honest and really care about their customers. I will continue to go to them for my car needs and recommend Alvin's auto care.

I took my daughter's car here for an overdue oil change and to replace an engine shield. I had no problems getting an appointment, and the work was done within a day and at a good price. They also did a general inspection which was good as we hadn't had her car serviced in some time. They suggested some additional repairs. I did one of them and took care of the other myself. I think I now have a good mechanic I can trust.

Tony was awesome to work with. He was quick to respond and communicated what he believed the problem to be and the steps he will take to try and resolve it. We let him know the steering wheel would shake when braking on the freeway. And when we got it back, problem was fixed! He did only what was needed to fix the problem. Will be taking our cars here for future issues and routine services.

They are always responsive and can get our cars in quickly. Really appreciate their honesty and quality work!
