This was my first visit to Alvin's, for my newly purchased 2009 Prius. I am very happy with the attentive and knowledgeable service Tony and Andy provided. They even spotted some items that the local Toyota dealership had gotten wrong in its pre-purchase inspection of the car. Overall the work performed at Alvin's was efficient and fairly priced, and they didn't try to push any maintenance or repair items that weren't necessary at this time. I appreciated that they texted me actual photos of each part of my car that had issues. While at the shop, I met other customers of Alvin's who attested to being happy and satisfied over the course of many years with the quality of their car service experience at Alvin's.
