I'm happy to have recently discovered Alvin's auto. Staff are great, pricing is competitive, and the work is solid. They're my new go-to shop.

Had a catalytic converters cover installed. Ordered it with next day installation. Took it on time and completed work in about an hour. Install seems great, no rattling. Staff seemed very service oriented.

Tony was very helpful, polite, well educated, and patient with helping me diagnose and replace my catalytic converter. He gave me a detailed diagnosis and was open to helpful conversation about avoiding unnecessary costs. The work was quick (2 days) and only one day delay because of the part. The office is nice and clean, but the parking lot can be pretty narrow for some cars. I highly recommend this location and will comeback for future repairs.

The IMA light came on in our car, and Alvin's looked to be the place with experience in this issue. They had our car overnight, and we got it back the next day! I was impressed with how quickly they finished. If I have an issue with my fully electric car, I will call here first.

My 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse is getting old and this time the dealer couldn't fix my a/c heater blower issue (they said it was fixed 6 months ago and then 350 miles later no blower). Tony explained it all to me and then they did their magic and she is working like new. My car has been all over the country and 'hit or miss' on dealer service, and this is the first time that I feel someone understands the car since I lived in Rocklin 20 years ago and Dave at the Mitsu dealership worked on the car. I cannot give 10 stars or I would and oh, the prices are fair and reasonable.
