A perfect local spot right on the outskirts of Willow Glen (and right in my backyard)! Alvin's online appointment scheduling system was very easy and they confirmed my appointment within a few hours and I was able to get an oil change in a timely fashion (didn't have to schedule weeks out), which was a bit overdue. From drop off to pick up the customer service was top notch and it only took a couple hours to do. Thanks for the speedy and great service! :)

This was the first time I had ever used Alvin Auto Repair shop. I was looking for an alternative to taking my vehicle to the dealer for repairs. After my vehicle was inspected, I was given a list of what needed to be done . Calvin at the front desk was very helpful with helping me decide what to do first and what could wait. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good and fairly priced alternative auto repair shop.

I brought my audi S5 in because it wouldn't start and had many different codes and they did manage to get it started. Ultimately they didn't fix what was wrong with the car but the reason being is I decided not to have the work done because of their recommendation that it just wasn't worth it. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Anthony and he told me from the gate it was 180 to do the diagnostic but they had the car for 4 days trying to figure out the problem and went way above and beyond to do so but still only charged me 180 what he originally quoted me. They have earned my future business and I thank all of you for your help. Super cool, super friendly, and highly recommended. Thanks fellas.

Everyone was friendly and nice. What I liked the most was that they use pictures with their inspection of the car that shows an exact detail of what is going on. This is the first place I’ve ever seen use that and I loved it!

I want to thank Alvin and his expert mechanics for repairing a water leak on my 2011 Nissan Altima. Even though I needed to wait for a few days for the part to come in, it taught me that patience is a character trait I need to work on in my life. I would highly recommend Alvin's Auto Shop.
