Today I got my car serviced at Alvins. Tony assisted me in explaining what they would be doing besides the oil change and Transmission fluid change . Full inspection of the car, no other issues found. excellent and honest advice and impeccable customer service.

Alvins Auto Center always does a very professional and on time job ! I gave both my cars(a BMW and a Toyota) to this shop and they inspected the cars and pointed out issues and also fixed them in a day. They send you a SMS with a link which has their findings & inspection report which I really like. Calvin is also super nice!

I drive 1.5 hrs just so this shop can take care of my cars needs. Their customer service is excellent. Their prices are fair. I love the format they use so that clients can see what the mechanical issues are, pictures of the issues, and quote prices you can click on to approve or deny. The whole process is simplistic and fair. I don't feel like I'm being hussled when I go in and I'm treated with respect and courtesy. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a fair deal with top tier customer service.

The shop did a good job of installing a theft-proof catalytic converter shield for my 2010 Prius. The service was professional from the time I made the appointment to the time the job was done. The cost was reasonable and the staff was courteous. I was in and out of there in an hour.

Anthony runs a clean, new shop but brings years of family tradition in expertise, great communication, and honesty. His shop has grown and they are always finding ways to improve. Less than a year after taking my classic car in for service, they have grown in service and clientele which is a telling sign. I also appreciate that your invoices can be sent by email -- way easier to keep track of and not lose.
