San Jose Auto Repair

It has been a month now and I would say Alvin did some good work. I just needed an oil change, a wheel alignment, and transmission fluid. They offered to change wipers and the battery to my car keys. Of course, I am a lazy person and I had the supplies already. They installed the wipers I had in my trunk. I went home and put my own batteries, but they were kind enough to offer. Otherwise, I did not get a call as it was approaching the end of the day and unfortunately, I needed a new battery for the car. I found out as soon as I questioned what was happening to my car. Luckily they were able to pick a manufacturer battery from the dealership he same day and sent me on my way. It was a busy place, but thanks for having me on short notice. The manager, Anthony, was great. He truly listens to his customers and makes an effort to do what’s right. That level of care and accountability goes a long way, and it really shows that he values his customers. Thank you, Anthony!

These guys are the best! They are always thorough but never pushy. Their prices are reasonable. They go above and beyond to make sure we can get our family car back and running before we have time to miss it.

Tony Gueco was able to resolve the issue on the parasitic battery drain. Service has always been excellent. I've been a customer since it first opened in Milpitas location in 1992. Good Job.

I went here for a prepurchase inspection before buying a used car. They were so great! I booked it last minute and thankfully they were able to fit me in. They did a very thorough job and it was well worth the money. The peace of mind was well worth it. Nothing major wrong with the truck, but there were some things that I wouldn't have know and would have cost me a lot of money down the road. It gave me negotiating power too and they were super helpful with that. I highly recommend them and Always get a pre purchase inspection before buying a used car.

Took my car (Nissan Murano) to the shop to install new headlights and replace the USB port that wasn't communicating with my phone, and they were very attentive (thank you, Samuel) and the job was done right the first time. Thanks to the mechanic as well.
